How cancellations work
If an item is cancellable per the retailer's policy, we make the process as simple as possible:
If you cancel before your order is placed by our team with the vendor, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Note: If you paid via Affirm and Klarna, there is a 6% processing fee even if the order is not placed
If your order has already been placed by our team with the vendor but it's eligible for cancellation, we offer two flexible refund options.
If your order has already shipped, we can certainly help explore return options based on the retailer's policy.
Returning Orders
We hope you love your purchase, but we totally understand that sometimes things don't work out. Whether you change your mind or your vision for your space evolves, we're here to make returns and refunds hassle-free. How returns work
We'll check if the item is returnable. If it is, we will coordinate with the retailer to initiate and manage the return for you.
Once approved, we'll send you a return label and guide you through the next steps.
Once the retailer confirms receipt of the returned item, we will initiate your refund right away. (More on refunds here)
What items are returnable?
We mirror the retailer's return policy unless otherwise stated. Below are key details to check before purchasing:
Some retailers do not accept remorse returns, meaning returns based solely on a change of mind may not be allowed. If this applies, it will be specified in the retailer's return policy.
Certain items may be subject to restocking fees or return shipping costs.
Return windows also vary by retailer.

Refunds
We understand that things don't always work out, and we're here to support you if a refund is the best way forward. Here are two flexible refund options:
1. Designer Cash: Instant, never expires, no minimum amount required
Choose to receive your refund as Designer Cash immediately after your item is canceled or once the return shipment is received by the retailer.
Instant availability β Your refund is applied to your account right away and is ready to use on your next order.
Amount β If your item has already been shipped and is eligible for return, your refund will be processed minus any retailer return or restocking fees.
No limits β No minimum cart amount required.
Never expires β Use it whenever you're ready.
Exclusive flexibility β Apply it toward your next purchase and continue saving at 200+ of your favorite brands with Designer Discount Club.
2. Original Payment Method: 5-7 business days, may include processing fee
You can choose to have your refund sent back to your original payment method. Depending on the payment method selected at checkout, the following will apply:
Bank Transfer (ACH): Refunds take 5β10 business days and are processed for the full refund amount minus any return shipping and restocking fees charged by the retailer. Please read the retailer's return policy before placing your order.
βCard/Wallet (Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) : Refunds take 5β7 business days and are processed minus any return shipping or restocking fee charged by the retailer. Please read the retailer's return policy before placing your order. An additional 3% processing charge is subtracted from the refund to cover our payment processor fees. To avoid this 3% surcharge, you always have the option of using Designer Cash as a refund method or using Bank Transfer (ACH) at checkout.
Affirm or Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later): Refunds typically take 7β10 business days and are processed minus any return shipping or restocking fee charged by the retailer. Please read the retailer's return policy before placing your order. An additional 6% processing charge is subtracted from the refund to cover our payment processor fees. To avoid this surcharge, you always have the option of using Designer Cash as a refund method or using Bank Transfer (ACH) at checkout. For payments made over 100 days ago, a check will be issued instead.
