How It Works
When you unlock a discount for an item eligible for ⚡️ Instant Unlock, our team begins working directly with the brand to secure inventory and provide a shipping and delivery estimate. This process typically takes 1-2 hours. While you won’t see the shipping estimate at checkout during this time, you can still place your order!
If the shipping estimate we receive from the retailer exceeds 4 weeks, we will contact you via email before proceeding with the order. At that point, you’ll have the option to confirm or cancel your purchase. If you decide not to proceed, no charge will be made to your card, or if you’ve paid via ACH or Affirm/Klarna, we will initiate a full refund, which you’ll see in your account within 3-5 business days.
