Cancelling Orders

How do I cancel and order I just placed?

Changed your mind? If you wish to cancel your order after it is placed and the item has not yet shipped, please contact us via our in-app chat on the bottom right corner of the screen, or via email at [email protected].

We will contact the retailer / fulfillment vendor to cancel the order. If the cancellation is successful, your payment will be refunded within 24 hours of initiating the cancellation. The refund may take anywhere between 5 to 7 business days to be processed by your financial institution. In case the item has already shipped or if the retailer / fulfillment vendor cannot cancel the order, you may initiate a return once the item delivers. In such cases, the return policy on the Unlock will apply.
